I once saw a brother who burnt her sister's school certificate being arrested and charged and I asked my step brother who is a police officer why the guy got arrested, that's when he told me despite you own something like school certificates, Identity card, passport,money and driving license they all belong to the government and if someone or you destroys any of them and you are reported you will be arrested and charged.
