It's going to be a legal battle. If he entered Kenya with a British passport and Nigeria extradite him without notifying British Govt, I don't think that is legal. The only problem here is if MNK entered Kenya with a Nigerian Passport. Britain and Nigeria recognize dual Citizenship. I don't know how that will influence this case. Let's wait and see.

Another question is how did he escape the country in the first place. How did he get another British Passport to travel around the world? Just like everywhere, you have to prove your passport was stolen or the space exhausted before issuing a new one. Maybe MNK gave the Nigerian Court court a fake British Passport.
