@ least he will always be remembered in his State for projects delivered. In comparison with his colleagues in the South East, with the exception of Dr. Umahi of Ebonyi of course. Given, most politicians squander money but let us be fair in our judgement and acknowledge the few that made effort to lift up his people. Others loot and loot with nothing to show for it.. Just saying..
