The very concept of equity is nonsense, so even 1% is too much. They should therefore be grateful with the 20% they were offered. You don't give half your salary to your relatives who you are actually blood-related to based on equity, so why should half the tax generated in Ogun(for example) be shared with people who have no interest, no relation, and no stake in the state? I am more united with my blood brother than I will ever be with "Nigerians" and yet I don't expect this kind of share of his generating. This is absurd, and is fundamentally based on a desire to reap without sowing, and no state that intends to be productive will support this.

Emir Sanusi is playing politics, he doesn't want to be transparent anymore. He is just being bias maybe because the Federal government did mot support him for throne issues.
