The VAT, MAINTENANCE FEE, SMS FEE, COT(COMMISSION ON TRANSACTION) are enough to service the Cybersecurity Levy. Charge citizens for Cybersecurity on electronic transaction is not advisable. If the government really want to impose Cybersecurity Levy then, they should give account of all the stolen funds from cyber crime victims.

If the Cybersecurity Levy is on electronic transactions then the citizens will go back manual bank and let the country say goodbye digital banking.
