Just pray he has evidence, or else he's going to prison. Again, I'd like to remind you that Dele was never part of the litigation. It involves three chambers: Chief Rotimi Williams, Wale Olanipekun, and Chief Afe Babalola. So, Dele was never part of it, and suddenly, he dedicated many chapters of his book to the case.

let him pay the bail and then go to defend what he alleged in his book. No sentiment in justice. The days of dubious allegations and jungle justice is gone. you allege me of a crime, you must defend yourself in court. No matter the rubbish anyone in lagos may say, the law of nigeria over-rules lagos local law in cases between a residence of lagos and in another state

Dele resisted invitations thrice and he even said it on live TV that he will not honour police invitation before writing that book--that is a lack of an adequate home training. No country in the world do you refuse police invitation and will you not be arrested with handcuff on your wrist. A TRUE FREEDOM FIGHTER DOES NOT DISRESPECT POLICE INVITATION THRICE. Gani Fawehinmi never did. lagos is not the only state in nigeria. Respect and be respected
