Yup, I completely agree that we (Eritreans) need to invest in our artists by buying their products. Be it books, music, plays, poems, monologes etc. It is the only way we can encourage them to do more and document our history, culture and way of life. Several book signing ceremonies have been hold back home but I don't see info on where one can purchase the books. Myself, I have purchased several books on Amazon. But, I suspect that's ain't the most profitable way to the authors.

And when it comes to putting facts on paper, I tell you, no Amharic writer does it better than Tesfaye Gebreab. Yes, I agree with you and I love reading. But reading tradition in our country is weak due colenalizm and dicyatorship. What I mean is as an author you have better Freedom than other eritrean authors. Because you have an apportiunty to writ what you observed and reaserched. Any way you are good athour and leacturer. But ' the coust bread is more valiable than the coust of book'. I never dream to write and read if my vision is closed in my country. I hope you have seen something in Asmera. Youth's life is finsh in pritering of hope, but this is not realiable for us ' Eritrean Youth'. But this is not your problem but generally the situation read and write needs a good poletical stabilty.
