What about Front brake pads... wearing out very fast (every 3000km)..i replaced my brake caliper under warranty but then the braking efficiency is decreased....also tvs replaced rockerarm of my rtr n now bike engine gives very high vibrations ..m fed up of telling my issues to the service centre..i don't want to waste my time that's y m neglecting this issues.....but I feel sad after riding the bike ,the way it feels.. like riding old bike ...any suggestions from ur side..?

This issue is there even after 2 years in 2024 i purchased a rtr 180 2v and after 200km i started noticing this exact same problem. i maintain my bike its only driven 500 kms not even first service done i even start my bike leave it for 2 mins before taking and haven't driven above 45kmph or 3k rpm still facing this issue what should i do? please help. Its just the fact that its a new bike and nobody would like to drive it with this noise

I have rtr 160 4v bs4 edition, actually i had completed 54000 km , and few months back i am facing bit unwanted noise while giving slow acceleration at the time. Noise will come and go, if we increase rise it won't come. If we slow down again will here that noise

Exact same problem I am getting on my 160 4v bs6 .. In the garage they said it is from the rocker arm which is common in apache bikes.. I don't know it is true or not.. Mine just ran 38000 km..

Hi Shriniket, I hope u are having a good day. We communicated in previous video's comment section if you remember. Want to ask something this time. I have same bike (riding modes), I usually put 3 litres of fuel (mainly of reliance regular) and my fuel alert indicates between 95-100 kms, which is not even 32-33 kmpl. So, while considering the mileage, should we consider this numbers or what? When does your fuel alert indicator indicates ( as per kmpl )? Note: I mostly do city rides and that within 3-5 kms intervals. And 90% of time the bike is on urban mode. And mostly try to maintain my bike as in good condition as possible. So, is this an issue of bike mileage or of fuel alert indicator? Before 2nd and 3rd services, the indicator use to indicate on atleast 37-39 kmpl, I am addressing this issue after 3rd service. So what is your opinion? And sorry for these long questionnaire...😅

The fuel gauge and the low fuel indicator aren’t totally accurate, they only provide a rough estimate and I’d suggest you to calculate the mileage only based on tank full to tank full method

Hi, I’d suggest you to change the engine oil every 3000-3500 even though the company service manual states it to be 5k kms.

The fuel pump problem was due to a faulty lot form the pump manufacturer. I don’t see any other major reliability issue to skip the bike. Believe me, it’s an epic bike

These issues can occur in case of any bike . The fuel pump issue was not TVS’s fault but the issue with the fuel pump manufacturer. Believe me it’s a very enjoyable bike to ride

TVS cha oil available nahi mhanun. 🤦🏻‍♂️ And also service center head sangtoy 3100 he Fully synthetic oil aahe. He don't even know what is Fully Synthetic oil and what is Mineral Oil 🤦🏻‍♂️

Bro I have the same bike. But when I cold start it in morning, I idle it without giving any throttle. The bike stalls itself under a minute. Then I have to self start again and even the 2nd and 3rs start don't last long the bike stalls when not given any throttle. Then after 3rd self, the bike keeps running as long as I want without giving any throttle just by idling. What can be the issue? These TVS guys have replaced my O2 sensor, thermal sensor, Camshaft, checked/adjust tappet clearance, but still the issue is there. Do you know or anyone from comments on what can be the issue. The service center themselves aren't getting it. Any help would be appreciated. Just 3 months of my bike and i am fed up
