Not only this bro even i bought a rr310 from tvs when i had given my bike for 1 service they damaged my radiator fins but i did not notice the bike after the first service but i noticed the next day so i rushed to tvs service centre they did not even accept their fault and saying that is not our fault (this fins got bent because of heavy water pressure on fins that lead to fins damage) and one more major mistake they did was they polished my disc pad when i was testing my bike on TRACK mode literally the brake was slippery and was unable to stop the bike lucky i was on a empty road 🛣️.

I have rr310 since last 3 years, never faced such problem. Whenever replacing brake pads, buy genuine one from tvs, reqr will cost you above 1000, but service center also providing desi pads which is 250 rs only, and maybe there could be a case like this. Let me warn you, tvs service guys have half knowledge, you read the manual of tvs and get all the things done according to the manual only

bro i own this bike too and i also faced that engine malfunction problem few times but the bike was behaving properly as usual. I think that engine malfunction is some problem in the ECU maybe. That is something tvs should look up to because when i was getting that light for the first time i was in shock that how is it possible because bike was running fine. Thats my side of the story.

I would suggest you to ride both the bike, coz ninja is a sober machine catches pace smoothly whereas duke or rc 390 is high on drugs bike super crazy bike so you should ride both the bike. 😊😊 And wait for new rc390 also it will be bonkers ❤️

Yes you bought a top class bike of TVS. I have the same, the RR 310 BS6. It can happen with any big bike as well. When you are riding at high speeds in hills, definitely you will be using your rear break a hell lot to slow down on turns and corners. In that case the disc will heat up badly and will stop working and might get damaged in some cases. That is one hell of a lovely machine. Either good or bad, it is never the machine, it is always the rider.

If you're into riding alot then you must be aware about riders tend to use front more than rear. No one uses rear on hills . And i agree could happen in any bike but other dealership and company would handle this case with utter care and on priority basis which they didn't

Sorry bro but all of your 3 requests were not to be honoured by the company. 1st request - they will not change every part of breaks for break fail, only the parts which are defected will be replaced free. Had issue with my bike for coolant leak and they replaced the part where the problem was. 2. They are not bound to give you replacement bike at all. If the dealer is good then he may but legally they are not required to. 3. Nobody will give in writing that it will not fail again. If it happens again then they will replace the parts under warranty again. Where the dealer was wrong is that they were saying its your fault. Which is over the top actually and should be objected.

So u mean to say that first a customer need to buy their most expensive bike then on request of Changing complete bike assembly coz that can kill the rider and that also wont be entertained. This might be offensive but i have much better experience with other manufacturers honda changed the complete assembly of bike on consideration of the owner safety front and rear were changed that is called customer support. And yes the stand by vehicle is provided by every good manufacturer so i guess TVS does not falls in that category . Peace oit

Ya every manufacture is different but your asking with the company is not vaild on grounds of sale agreement and warranty terms. I also had engine malfunction issues in initial months which are resolved now automatically. I am more realistic here.
