As a strong advocate for motorcycles being equipped with fully adjustable suspension, Sarge has been itching to pit the top spec TVS Apache RR310 Built to Order motorcycle against the already impressive stock Apache RR310 in the safe confines of a race track for a while to answer the million dollar question - is the BTO a marketing gimmick or a proper track tool? I've got the race kit on my RR310 and I agree with each point you've mentioned. This bike just loves corners and gives me so much confidence to brake deeper and accelerate harder in and out of a corner! Glad to see a positive validation of my purchase :)

Rather than giving this bike a parallel twin or inline 3 engine, I think it actually prevents it from reaching its full potential. No matter which angle you look at it, this bike does not resemble a 300CC segment bike. This is the only Indian brand bike that actually looks like 600CC+ superbike.

Sadly I am yet to get hold of adjustable front forks and rear suspension from TVS for my G310R here. Might have to be in India sometime later this year to do that or for that. Also, am here to wish you a Happy Guru Purnima. Everybody has guru but for me, you are the one I've been looking up to since you reviewed the Ducati Monster when you were the rider in Power to the rider. I never miss a video of yours and wll continue to do so. Given the 1.5 second difference on a lap, is there a lot more in the riding itself that just a sportbike enthusiast and weekend twisty carver kind of rider would feel as a difference? I ask because the base model is not a pushover either and you guys pushed it quite happily too! Thanks.

Honestly if the BTO had fresh rubber it would have been atleast 3 secs faster if not more. And the #BTO is also a better road bike because the adjustable suspension means it can be setup to be more comfortable, it can be setup for your weight and your riding style which would mean you will have better control over it, feel more confident braking and have more fun in corners without scaring yourself silly.

It is one of the best bikes in the segment. I own a 2022 RC 390. The 310RR was my first choice but after getting the worse service from TVS and being abused by the staff behind our backs and poor treatment, also hearing from already owners of the 310rr that the service sucks. I decided to go with the KTM. At least they treat me well :"). An amazing bike but TVS has to step up their service game.
