Activa 3g is lighter and better built, it has got slightly better power than the Jupiter. Jupiter is fuel efficient and is wider than Activa 3G. Hence, if you wish to buy something which is more comfortable you should go for Jupiter and if you wish to go for something which is durable and performs well, go for Activa 3G. Maintenance is not a problem with both the scooters as it is almost identical.

Good job. I Just riding 5000km only my Jupiter. on my experience 1) Very low mileage even riding eco MOD & smoothly , 40kmpl only. 2) Well comfort riding experience 20kmph to 60kmph , If more the 60kmph Jupiter will vibrating. 3) Break loosening. If TVS will do the following improvement I should recemented to others 1) Front log have to handle the fuel tang opener and seat opener . Very difficult to handling. 2) Need more space under the seat . 3) Make it narrow in back side , No need that much wide on back .

Don't know about Jupiter but my brother have Activa 3g I think the scooter is very good when it comes to engine refinement, acceleration and low engine noise and I don't think Jupiter look smarter than activa, there r some issues with tvs engines and produce lot of sound

I got the Honda Activa 3G bike from Vijaya Honda SF No 1373/2A3B1G, Kelambakkam, Old Mamallapuram Road, Navallur, Tamil Nadu. Oil leaking form Engine is More. My seat cover has been teared due to Misalignment in the separator. Kick start is too hard and unable to start itself. Waste of Money. I got Honda Activa 3G Blue color, (Honda lost is Quality and Trust, Lost hope on Honda product Do Not Take risk in buying) Problems: ( with in 1-6 Months the problems i had faced) 1. Very low beam light unable to travel in Dark places. 2. Horn not working after first month itself, Still i have the issue (More Than 4 times complained to service center). 3.Bike used to vibrate more when you travel between 50-60 KM/Hr speed. You need to travel less than 50 Km/Hr or Above 60 Km/Hr. 4. Poor suspension. I used to get more back pain after traveling in Bike. Unable to withstand little bit vibration suspension also. For large vibration suspension i am gone. 5. Near to silencer started correction more. 6. Seat cover has been teared near to Holding Hand. 7. Near to Floor mate the plastic came out. 6. Too huge money compared to other bike around i paid around (Rs: 70,000/- On road price). Because of Honda Quality i had trust before and invested in it. I did not listen to wife not buy this bike... :-( . 7. I had paid for 5 Years warranty. I think it does not comes more than 1-2 Years for me to further use. I am going to sell my Bike get some other bike :( . Loss for me more... :(

The Jupiter is an amazing bike. Activa is wayyyy too overrated. When it comes to looks, jupiter has so much class. If you love riding, then the Jupiter is a way better experience than the other two. TVS has out shined Hero and Honda on this one. Jupiter is a highly recommended scooter. You'll love it. I am very happy with this purchase.

All you need to know about Honda Activa 3g vs TVS Jupiter:- 1) TVS ASS way-way better than Honda. 2) Jupiter has more pep than Activa and it can be felt. 3) Bump's free ride with Jupiter telescopic suspension. 4) Pass switch, pilot light's, exterior fuel tank and mobile charger adds to convenience. 5) Build quality more or less same of both the scooters. 6) Agile, easy to throw around in traffic and fill close gaps. Need to work with Activa to do the same. 7) Jupiter is cheaper and resale is only 2 or 3 thousand less than Activa but Activa has more buyers in second hand market. Only thing in which Activa wins and that too with a big margin is Butter smooth ride of Honda engine. Jupiter engine produces vibration which irritates me sometimes but I could bear it for all other plus point and I am hella happy with my Jupiter. Experience:- Owned an Activa for 4 years, current Owner of an Aviator and a Jupiter. Sold Activa brought Jupiter.

Gusto dosen't give an advantage over its competitors and price is more or less similar. Moreover it looks ugly like a electric bike. Same is the case for Mahindra cars/jeeps. I always dreamt of owning a red Vespa SXL 150 maybe one day it'll replace my jupiter but its not for people looking VFM proposition.. I have not ridden any of above but from views of their owner I can bet a dollar that Vespa is far more superior than Mahindra.

Activa 3G has worst headlights with wrong wheel alignment. Moreover the foot rest is so much flexible that it needs to be opened again and again. Speedometer is also not designed properly....seems like used cheap material.

Hi, I am an automotive expert and couldnt stop myself from writing a post here after seeing the unfair review. Has TVS endorsed this video? i would ask first I have been using all the scooters from quite some time Honda Activa is the clear winner here,best performance,crispier throttle,smoothest engine,best mileage. it feels more stable and safe as well.I guess there is nothing more important than the safety,when it comes to the Indian roads. when u decide to buy a two wheeler these are the most important i would say. I agree jupiter has 12 inches tires,separate fuel outlet and the suspension.but its not stable and engine vibrates a lot. Sorry all the proud TVS owners...I have got all three at my house. but HONDA is HONDA bro If you are ready to spend a little more money, the pick of the segment is new HONDA Activa 125 with better brakes and the suspension.The kind of all the Indian scooters. I own a Jupiter since 2 yrs; not happy with it. It heats up within 10 kms, mileage 40 km/ltr, not enough storage space. Better to go for Honda or Suzuki bikes. Boot space is also too less; no phone charger facility. I also feel that petrol gets evaporated, since the mileage drops drastically if vehicle is used sparingly(bike is always parked in shade, in basement) Never go for fully indegineous brands, I think bikes with collaboration in foreign companies is better (Hond or Suzuki)

Activa and Jupiter both are great, Activa is better built and Jupiter has got better features. Jupiter is slightly wide as compared to Activa which means that it has better comfort. Rest, I would suggest you to ride them back to back to have better clarity over it.
