@bobbymathews91489 ай бұрын
@@GhostRider-go7ll hey, sorry for the late reply. Maintenance wise it should cost you slightly less than the RE. No reliability issues so far except the backlight on the instrument cluster which stopped working(replaced under warranty). Average Fuel economy is around 40kmpl which is surprisingly good for a bike of this class. I've seen some people even get 55kmpl out of it by riding frugally. It's a lot more comfortable than the hunter but not as plush as the Classic. I'd recommend going for a thorough test ride before buying one and also finding out whether your nearest service centre has good reviews. Even if you like the bike TVS is known for its bad service experience so be wary of that.

I knew that Sarge would choose Ronin over hunter. Two of my friends own this. We went for a ride to 17000 feet and it performed really nice. It can handle bad/rough roads really well. Fuel efficiency is also nice for a 200 cc engine ca. 45 kmpl. However, sales number of Ronin is not great compared to hunter, at least in the hills despite its superior quality.

Where my 15 year old Suzuki access have better ride quality than hunter in that same roads... One way to over come this issue is changing the rear shocks...few handful of Hunter owners switched to Old Classic 350 suspension which is Nitrox and they say that now the ride quality is much better... i myself going to try Karizma or Pulsar 220F suspension to see if it going to make any difference

How come none of these ride experts cannot figure out why RE has kept the rear suspension so stiff. The easy answer is ground clearance or lack of it in Hunter 350. It has absymally low GC of 150 mm. To get the perspective, even a TVS Jupiter scooty has more ground clearance @ 160 mm. Honda Activa 6G has ground clearance of 170 mm. Ronin 225 has GC of 180 mm. So to avoid the underbelly of Hunter 350 scraping against the common uneven road potholes or abundant speedbumps scattered all around Indian roads, the "Genius" RE engineers found the solution. Keep the rear suspension very very stiff so that the underbelly does not lower onto the grounds and hits on bumps😂😂😂😂

Literally all other reviews made the hunter the winner, after listing out all the differences and giving points to the Ronin. Ironically!! I'm just so happy with Sarge's verdict and for obvious reasons. Thanks for being yourself, Sarge!

I watched your video for both Hunter and Ronin (and also RTR 200 4v which was third candidate). Got confused more when I rode them but finally went ahead for Ronin. My reason is bit different - Hunter 350 has quickly became college goer's bike and it will have perception problem just like KTMs. When you look around to see thumping bike and see Hunter, you get kinda disappointed as its looks smaller - its like RE made for ladies. That's my reason for choosing Ronin over Hunter, of course in addition to Ronin's practicality especially Mileage Nice Review.

Hi i am planning to buy a new bike. I am little bit of confused between TVS Ronin, RE Hunter and Yamaha FZX for everyday city riding (office to home) and yearly 2-3 long tour 500-600. I need a bike which have reliable engine, low maintenance, good comfort and little bit of fuel efficient.

I am in the exact same situation.... Ronin also is good for pillion comfort. The recent spl. edition looks better. Wish @sagar to provide some advice to cement the decision😊

Hi Sagar Coming back after 2k km owner experience of this motorcycle. But before can you please help me find reason as I am experiencing fuel tank is heating up when I rode at slow speed in traffic . This is so unexpected. TVS has no clue when I contacted them. Plus heating issues are so dominant in traffic. Overall it's not so comfortable at higher speed...what a disappointment knowing to fact that you can't cruise comfortably beyond 80 kmph in 225cc motorcycle

Greetings Sarge ! Huge fan here, just a small suggestion to grow your content, how about you make videos with spy shots of upcoming bikes(eg., rc990, yzf r9, aprilia rs440 etc) hearing about stuff from a person who's as passionate about bikes as you are will be a treat for us as well! Convenient and can be done at home !!

It beats me why TVS didn't increase the cubic capacity to 250 at least. The engine probably would have been more tractable and would have provided slightly relaxed cruising. Less said the better about the design though.
@SagarSheldekarOfficial Жыл бұрын
My guess would be the cost factor
@sahilroy893 Жыл бұрын
@@SagarSheldekarOfficial Hey Sarge, I don't know the nitty gritty of cost involved in manufacturing but RE does offer 350 CC J series for 1.5L base Hunter. Of course, they are probably not as tech heavy as TVS. Fingers crossed on upcoming 300 naked and hopefully ADV from TVS. TVS really has flogged the Apache series for too long and a major overhaul in design is much needed.
