TVS Ultrasound Large Follicles and Follicular Cyst | is Large Follicle Good to Conceive ??

My TVS report UTERUS: The uterus measures 5.9 x 3.8 cm. It is normal in size, shape, position and echotexture.Myometrium appears normal. Endometrium is normal in thickness and echotexture measures 5.3 mm. Cervix appears normal. RIGHT OVARY measures 17.4 x 34.6 x 29.4 mm (volume = 9.3 cc). LEFT OVARY measures 29.9 x 21.4 x 25.6 mm (volume = 8.6 cc). Both ovaries are bulky and show echogenic stroma with multiple tiny uniform sized peripherally and centrally arranged follicles (more than 20 on either side). No dominant follicle is seen. No adnexal mass is seen. No free fluid is seen in POD. Please explain??What should I do?

This is ovarian size. enlarged. Follicles eggs are small , immature. This is appearance of polycystic ovaries.

On day 12, right ovary measures 3.0*1.9cm it shows dominant follicle measuring 26*19mm and in left ovary measures 3.7*1.4cm it shows dominant follicle measuring 24*16mm Will i have chance to get pregnant this month

36 mm is simple small follicular cyst , others are large follicles. Usually these can resolve with next cycle , but sometimes they continue to grow and enlarges , needs follow up after 1 month.

Dont worry , RIsk is low Approx. 10% , this means that 90% hv single pregnancy , even if u hv multiple like twin pregnancy , in most cases these are normal ,

U can not say it raptured. These are elongated follicles. When follicle raptures , corpus luteum is developed , which can be detected in ultrasound scan and is mentioned in report.

These ate becoming larger without rapture. These Large32mm follicles can hv poor outcome. This also shows that u hv not any serious problem and hv taken higher than needed dose. Is yr husband semen report normal
