I can feel their sadness through this song. Like they kept saying 'Break out', but they also kept telling us (or more to themselves) to not give up and reach the dream you always seek. . This song also like a trap for us (cassies), they broke up, and yet forced us to keep our faith eternally. :") They're so mean, but the result... we still couldn't move on....

Wow... I've never thought about it this way but now that you say it, I do feel like this was a promise to themselves and to us as well. No matter what happens, we should keep the faith. However I don't think they wanted us to be stuck in the past forever. I think it was meant more like a "look up" or "move forward" way, you know? Even if it's dark, there is always a light.

@@DreamyCassie yeah, it's their promise, but since Yoochun's scandal, i am afraid we need more time to recover. but somehow i still believe, some day in any time when we were mature enough, they will somehow sing together again. all of their songs always has a deeper meaning than it looks like. the reason my we couldn't move on is because most of their song were dedicated to make us (cassies and listeners) feel safe and loved by them intimately.

it may sound unreasonable but i watched alot of colored and line distribution was really biased like make a member sing a line who all group sing , something like that

+semsema282 Ahh I see. Well, I always try to make it as accurate as possible. However sometimes I struggle because you can clearly hear one member is mainly singing a certain line but the others do the back vocals. Then I don't know whether I should make the "main" singer sing that line or all members :/ It then really depends how well you can hear the back vocals.

I'm sorry but I don't think so. I can't hear his voice at all not even as back vocal. I couldn't find any source that says otherwise either. You might get that impression because Yunho's and Changmin's voice tend to sound similar when Yunho sings high notes but I'm not sure.

Hi! I just checked the MV and you're right. However, I did also check several live performances and it's always Changmin and Junsu singing these parts. My guess is that Yunho lip synced this part in the MV but Changmin sang it or that Changmin took over it for Yunho during live performances. I'm not sure. Either way, I can't change the video anymore... but still thanks for pointing that out. I'll try to be more accurate in the future :)

Oh no, this isn't a dumb question at all. There probably are a lot of Cassies who don't know the origins of the phrase. Honestly, I can't say for sure that this is where it originated from but I believe that the phrase came from Yoochun who always wrote it under his autograph (he still does it today). The phrase then became more popular in 2009 since Jaejoong and Yoochun (as well as Yoochun's brother Yuhwan) tatooed the phrase on their chests. And then shortly after, when the lawsuit happened, it became our main slogan.

@@DreamyCassie Wow, thank you! So, considering this song came out during the lawsuit in 2010, it didn't originate here. Though I never knew how far back the phrase goes. It sounds like Yoochun must have had at least some small part in writing the lyrics, especially considering he's the one who keeps repeating "baby, we keep the faith eternally" throughout the song.

I personally think it's more likely that H.U.B., the lyricist of the song, who has written many songs for TVXQ and therefore knows them pretty well incorporated the slogan into the song. But Yoochun being somehow involved in writing the lyrics might also a possibility. It happens quite often that singers come up with ad-lips or changes of the lyrics during the recording of the song. Well, I guess we'll never know for sure.
