you pointed them out! "they have lower range, high range-" yes they were made based on vocal range! Yunho (leader, main rapper, the one on the right corner): Bass baritone/Bass -Changmin (the one beside yunho): Tenor/Top tenor, he's registered as the no.1 male kpop idol who can hit the highest high note - Jaejoong (the center): Melody/Main vocal, that's why in their acapellas he leads every song while everyone harmonizing - Yoochun (between jaejoong & junsu): Baritone/Low baritone, he has the loooowest low vocal range in this group, he can sing in a very low note comfortably yet also can hit a very screeching high notes (like in LOVE IN THE ICE & BOLERO) - Junsu (the corner left guy) Baritenor/Top baritone. before positioning such as "main vocal, visual etc etc" like mainstream kpop nowadays, they're made like this because originally tvxq was an acapella-dance group.
