One of my favorite TVXQ songs. The high note at the end of the climax was sung by JaeJoong. Although they are much younger in TVXQ, hopefully you can recognize JaeJoong and Junsu a bit 😊

Thanks for the reaction!! TVXQ debuted first in Korea on December 2003 as an acapella-dance group called Dong bang shin ki (TVXQ is the international name. All names mean the exact same thing, just in different languages). This song was released on 2005 as part of their second Korean album. After one year of their Korean debut, they debuted in Japan on 2005 under a different company (AVEX) and a different name (Tohoshinki). They didn't debut in Japan as an acapella group but as Jpop artists; that meant changing the types of songs they were famous for in Korea and even changing their way of singing. They still sang acapella on a lot of Japanese programs because they were asked to and because they released a lot of their Japanese ballads in acapella version on their official CDs. Plus their whole brand in Japan was to prove they could sing live, whether it was ballads, acapella or heavy dance songs. For more context, the lawsuit happened on 2009 and on December of that same year, they sang together as a 5 for the last time. From 2010 onwards the group was divided. As a 5, they lasted 6 years, but they released so much material in just 6 years, a lot of people think they lasted longer together. In reality, the five boys were just overworked to a breaking point and that's how the lawsuit happened :(

The only KPOP group I know with this really amazing vocals. You can't find this kind of sound and voice anymore in Korea. TVXQ and SB19 for me are the best boy group in Asia and even the whole world

Just a slight correction, DBSK/TVXQ debuted in Korea but would also promote in Japan(they were introduced as an acapella group there). The song is in Korean and isn't a cover. Love the reaction.
