In Russia, if you have children, or you are in a hurry, or you need to park and don't want to walk for more than 10 meters, or you are a doctor, or you are going to the doctor, or you know 100 chechenians that will come on your call, or you are going to the airport, or you are going to take just five minutes, or your going to pick up your child, or "this is a driveway to my building", or you got a job "not like you, losers", and I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of good reasons to drive on a sidewalk. But in all those cases, you're allowed to. Probably by law. Or maybe not. I'm getting confused.

I understand she was in the wrong but regarding the woman who said she wanted to go home to her child, why did they decide to stick the sticker on the drivers side. In every single other video I have watched the first sticker goes on the passenger side no matter what, and if they continue to argue it goes on the drivers side. This time they went straight for the drivers side so if this woman was really in a hurry, she still couldn't back up and get home safely without having to remove the sticker. I'm not advocating what she did, she was most definitely in the wrong and deserved the sticker. I just feel it is slightly unfair because she did seem to give in after the sticker but she couldn't have backed up because she couldn't drive even on the road with the sticker on the drivers side. Just my two cents.

It's classic for them to always put a sticker on the drivers side if they try to run people over, and if the person stops but wont comply, ie parked in the second lane and wont move, they first put it on the passenger seat, it really makes sense actually.. And honestly, I'm not sure a woman like that should have a child, the child might end up with a wrong understanding of morals, being really self entitled, like her mother. I hope the kid is able to see how wrong she can be, or the kid has a father who is responsible.
