Having played at the college level, some kids just don’t have the passion or discipline to work. Habits start in high school. Some are just glad to be on a team so they can say I played college football. I’ve seen players like Cash bust their ass and win jobs and I’ve seen PHENOMENAL athletes piss it all away

It's essential to hold these young men accountable to themselves and this Program regarding film study. Preparation is vital; how often have we heard Travis say he already knew what the other team would do because he watches so much film. We are only as strong as the weakest link. As Coach Sapp says, individual fingers are weak. Once you ball your fist up and work as a group, you are powerful. It's not too late until it's too late, and that young man walking the field with Unc gets it. He gets and realizes that his excellent opportunity is still in front of him, and he turns this fortune around. He wants to make it to the league next year (whether drafted or as an unrestricted free agent). He will reflect on these moments and be grateful for turning that corner. Great content, as usual, Unc.
