For an ultra token character, I’m a bit disappointed. Paul Monroe looks like he was designed for the Telltale Stellar Roadmap, just looking at his kit and how he gives buffs to only Telltale Allegiance. Def skipping. Just gonna wait for an Atk toon that’s capable of going against Regina Def Teams

These recent allegiance based characters have been terrible for ultra tokens.. I wouldn't spend advanced tokens on them..
