Tbh I'd love to see some Quacker gameplay on this one. I think the high acceleration and handling might actually come in handy when it comes to tracks like these with lots of hazards. Plus, there won't likely be time for a standstill mini-turbo in most of these sections, so the acceleration won't be completely useless. Also, it's very small making it much less likely to be hit by said hazards.

I never noticed but it seems they changed it to where any character can appear in Vs. mode. In Mario Kart Wii there is 3 groups from small, medium and large characters and each race there was always 4 of each size category but here it seems like a free for all.
