This calmed me down.. I have to confront my parents on how I feel about how I’m always feeling pressured, insecure, and embarrassed about how I feel and how they make me and my sisters feel. I’m risking my face in my family to defend me and my sisters mental health and because of this I’ve been on edge all day and trying to get inspiration but my minds been cloudy. But, watching this made me calmer and helped me to draw even if I’m stressed out it’s really helpful. Thank you ^^

i really love watching you draw. i gives me so much insporation and i just want to thank you! also, seeing you draw more simply is awesome since personally my stile is kind of graffiti-ish so it actually makes me feel better about my art. also, when trying to simplify things, take the three most bacic shapes (squares, triangles, and circles) and use only those for the first sckelital scketch layer, then add the bare minimum of detail useing bacic shapes, while keeping in mind the fact that small details are going to be kind of impossible. then all you have to do is add bold lineart, blocks of color, mimimal shadeing, and bright white highlites. hope this helps anyone looking for it. thanks again, waffles!!

2020, on the whole, has been a pretty good year for me! In February, I started a local nannying job, which involves a teaching/tutoring element in English. Less than a month later, schools shut and I had to do many more hours. Then, in June, I started a job in a crèche, also teaching English locally. I have never been happier, as the farthest I have to commute is 15 minutes by bus and both my jobs combined enable me to earn enough to live on, and I adore them both! My nephew arrived in April, so I now have a niece ( nearly 3 and a half!) and a nephew! Thank goodness for e-mail, as I get pictures and videos of them regularly, if I can’t see them in person.
