You can stop the wood from bleeding if you put a layer of sealant on it first (i.e. clear or white gesso, spray sealant, liquitex liquid varnish) you have options to make it white or clear or whatever you want! Acrylic paint would work too, but youd lose the grain of the wood. Just an idea if you wanted to use wood again!

So the other day by accident I found out you can treat the pain markers like actual paint. I was at work doing something with them and a little water got in a drip of paint I brushed it away and it worked like a thin paint. I dont know if that is a helpful tip or not. A happy little accident as mister Bob Ross would say.

Yeah, posca pens are water soluble (I think that's the right term) so you could use them more of like a watercolor paint. You could make colors lighter and even mix them without having to blend them on your final art piece.

I cant even being to explain how much I love her art. I have my own style thats VERY cartoony (as u can see from my profile pic) and I just love listening to her describe what shes doing and try it myself. One of my favorite parts of my garden and new additions is plants that are not only pretty but useful. There are so many perennials that have medicinal value and it’s so fun to me to learn and use. You’re garden and each new project you guys do is so beautiful.

I took a street art class once in high school, the teacher was cool and he definitely recommends using name tags and so on for small tag art because it's less damaging to whatever you put it on
