@zaizen4359 Жыл бұрын
Yeah, rather than blaming the tasters, they should blame the regulatory industries that obscure this information (it’s rather hard to find in detail!) and choose to allow companies to use misleading terms like “natural” on the products they sell to describe something is altered in a lab-its incredibly deceiving to then call it “natural”. We have to take time in our busy lives to seek this information out or we end up predated upon by these companies that don’t care about our health.

Also, flavoring "food" makes things taste good that we would never eat otherwise. They take crap "food" and flavor it to taste like the real thing (but without the nutrition). It's like crack for our tastebuds. Once you're used to these over the top flavors, real food can seem bland. Just like life after heroin. Flavors are indeed a drug. 'Course we are possibly too overpopulated for everyone to eat real food and not something made in a lab.

The fact is they are only talking about one side of the industry; the other side deals with fragrances. This could be household air fresheners, deodorant, cologne, perfume, candle scents, etc. Understand that Givi is also displaying to 60 minutes the chicken flavor because it is one of the cheapest and easiest to create. To claim that Givi and other flavor companies are making the world fat is beyond irrational; people make themselves fat. Its called making the right eating decisions!

Also if you can afford it try to only buy expeller pressed oils. Frozen vegetables and fruit usually contain more vitamins so that's a good route to go. And try to get plenty of fresh dark greens- collards, kale, Swiss chard (colorful stems) into your diet to help clear out toxins. I do green smoothies- look up Green Smoothie Girl. She has a lot of great advice. Basically there's only so much you can do if your tight on money like me. I just try to avoid the list I said above, and buy things that have less fillers if possible. Government regulations define NATURAL FLAVORS as those that derive their aroma or flavor chemicals from plant or animal sources, including fruit, meat, fish, spices, herbs, roots, leaves, buds or bark that are distilled, fermented or otherwise manipulated in a lab. This distinguishes them from ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, which use man-made chemicals to give a product its particular flavor or aroma.
