Unreal! Great video man. I just moved here from Canada and I'm going to give pole spearing a try on the tweed river this afternoon. I'm not expecting anything, setting the expectations low haha- Following along on the adventure was wicked!

@@danyoungy Had a blast! Lots of people fishing from the shore so it was a little difficult to find a good area, also I'm still learning all the different species here so I didn't shoot at anything. I'll have another go tmw :)

Definitely give it a go man, such a blast. Last few SUP trips I’ve brought a little anchor and can just pull up to spots and jump in, works really well

@@danyoungy true, I might even look into getting a kayak for similar thing. Few spots I’d love to hit but not keen on swimming across channels 😂

Yo the last time I speared in the tweed river witch was about 2 weeks ago I got to flathead 45cm and 40 cm
