That is the most beautiful arrangement of this song I have ever heard. I sat here and cried thru the entire song. I have written a piano version of it to hopefully play for my granddaughter's wedding. You are totally amazing!

It can't get anymore pleasant than that. It's such a pleasure to hear pedal steel guitar music played with such emotion. Please don't change your style.

The words to this song are so precious. That's how my late hubby of 36 yrs. felt about me and vise-versa. You play it so softly :.)

I bought a used gretch laptop, finger picks, digital tuner, bar, and fender reverb amp. Wanted to play, looked up a few vids on how to play, even got out my mothers 1940 dobro she played. Let me tell you friends, what you hear Tony play so effort less, smooth, no strings twanging, must take unending hours of practice , or be born with it. Being a amateur guitar picker, thought this was going to be a breeze. Just could not even play something recognizable, after days. I have the utmost respect for your talent , music and passion. Thanks for so many enjoyable hours listening to you play, and look forward to many more. Thanks, from and Old Georgia Mountain Country Boy. "GO DAWGS"

How good it is to relish your musical skill again, old friend. On this song I sure enjoyed your sliding chord resolve to finish the song. You continue to evolve ever tastefully with your playing. As melody seems to be so compelling for your song selection, have you ever considered "Blue must be the color of the blues?" Pete Drake's emotional renditions are just excellent. I wish you well in health and in spirit. -Mike Johnson

Love the tone. Haunting! What effects/amp/reverb are you using?
@tonybpr31
@tonybpr31 7 жыл бұрын
Thanks Karl. No amp, just Black Box and Profex into the desk. I do use a longer delay setting for some stuff as on this one.

Thanks Tony! I've only been playing steel for about a year and am currently using mostly just the reverb on my amp. I've heard good things about the Black Box. Adding any reverb in your desk?
@tonybpr31
@tonybpr31 7 жыл бұрын
The Black Box works great for me personally Karl. No reverb added on the desk. I use the same settings for both guitars but the Sho~Bud has the edge for me.

hi Tony, would you play the music from the film, (once upon a time in the west) there are a few versions of it on youtube, but I would like the Master to play it if possible, thank again for all your music. Steve
