Twelve Days of Christmas (1956) Animated Short

The Christmas season is coming soon! Some of you may have fond memories of this cartoon. Can anyone help provide more information about it?
This charming short from 1956 is either: 1) a segment from the "Gerald McBoing Boing Show" which did premiere on CBS December of 1956 and had a Christmas Eve episode with a cartoon called the "Twelve Days of Christmas ; or 2) A special short that aired Christmas Eve 1956 on CBS around midnight; or 3) an UPA produced Christmas special that was announced earlier that year as a 30 minute cartoon, but later shortened to just a few minutes.
How many of you had to do this song as a math problem in school every December?
