my drum corps "The Magic of Orlando" played this in 1996. We placed 8th at DCI. Robert Smith was our program coordinator.

Who did the arrangement on this? This isn't the version that is on the Divine Comedy album. At first i was hesitant to keep listening after I head the change into the minor key at 3:16 but the way it is layered I think produced an overall greater effect.

I saw this live last night, before the explosion, I saw everyone on stage put earplugs in. It is so much better live but this is a good recording.

I have to be honest...Robert W. Smith is a terrible writer for advanced bands, Absolutely no sophistication, and his use of anvil is clunky and nawkward.
