Just FYI Tyler doesn’t even drink let alone do drugs so there won’t be references to drugs in his songs. Writers block, if he moves to fast like a cheetah or Jason Stathom, lol, the job will be done but there’ll be a mess left. He cares too much about his music to rush it & it not be perfect

This is about Tyler trying to write music (writer's block) and about his creativity. Vultures also sense when someone is dying (maybe a reference to his depression and anxiety). When he is taking care of the pet cheetah, he is actually nurturing his song and helping it come to life.

So there's a brand of keyboard actually called "cheetah" and a lot of the clique thinks that's what he's referring to. He took care of it cleaned it up and uses it all the time to make music. I think in this song he feels afraid to disappoint his fans and he has trouble making music and fears it's not good enough hench the "8 days straight 8 hours each and not one line" he has writes block. But he feels pressured to create music for us and he's not gonna give up until he does create something he thinks is amazing.

To me this song always makes me cry when it gets to the " I'll sit here til I find the problem" like as though he's 1. Trying to figure out why kids still kill themselves & how he can integrate that into his music to help 2. How can he help the kids and also follow God and Christ all while still integrating it into his music. At the shows he sat above the crowd on a walk bridge and leaned his cheek into his hand with his elbow on his leg like he's thinking really hard. This was my favorite trench song for a long time. Now its BANDITO!!
