I always thought the chili cheese burrito at places in Ohio is because those locations used to be Zantigo‘s. That was a chain here in Ohio. I might be wrong… But they had something called chilitos that were hugely popular. And I think Taco Bell had to add them to their menu when they took over the location, but they called them chili cheese burritos instead of the word chilltos
