What a great and incredibly informative snare drum comparison video! Drummers of the pre-KZbin era (and I am one of them) could not have imagined that this type of audio and visual information would eventually be available - and at zero cost. We are so fortunate to have this amazing content at our fingertips, and so fortunate that Mike and other creators put in the time and effort to provide it to us. BTW, I thought the Brooklyn Standard had the warmest and most appealing sound.

The DW Custom Birch was also really good, kind of a more controled version of the aluminum. But like everything, these will all sound completely different (probably worse) under my hands, and every situation calls for a different snare. Great video man!
