The red skinned liithan variety are considered by the wider galaxy, especially the women, are considered to be the most beautiful beings in the galaxy as of the Darth Bane trilogy so if your playing a sith or imp agent a liithan twi’lek is a really cool option as the red skin is considered extremely rare according to lore. Obviously make what you want but I like using this info when making my characters

Originally I had no interest whatsoever in having a Twi'lek character until I made my first Sith Warrior and met Vette... all of a sudden I wanted a Twi'lek for a Smuggler. Wound up subscribing to the game just to get access to the Twi'lek along with the Chiss and Mirialan species. Funny how that happens.

Twi’lek is my favorite alien species, and I actually think I’d be one in the Star Wars galaxy! I made a Sith Inquisitor Twi’lek yesterday because I think it goes very well with the story.

If it wasn't for Vette and Darth Malgus's personal story with Twi'lek specie, I would never have been the least bit interested in Twi'lek. Which is also why I've romanced Vette with some of my Sith Warriors, for those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about? I recommend you go into Darth Malgus lore.

I just created a new inquisitor named Olektra who is a red Twi’lek who was enslaved on Dromund Kaas and worked as an “entertainer” for high-ranking Sith and other high-ranking Imperial officials. She was subjected to Sith alchemy practices that adorned her with her tattoos, and these tattoos serve as both a reminder of her past and a pillar of her strength for surviving the tests that others in her position could not. Like many inquisitor characters, she is disgusted by slavery, and seeks to expand her power in hopes of showing the value of alien beings in the Empire; she probably would have allied with Darth Malgus later, but obviously the game doesn’t allow for that😅… While she uses the dark side and practices Sith traditions, she has a conscience and is levelheaded when making decisions. Deep down, she’s still holding onto who she was before she was stripped from her mother’s arms after being sold into slavery and shipped off to Dromund Kaas, before she is proven worthy of attending the Sith Academy on Korriban.

It's strange that Twi'leks can be Sith Inquisitors by default, but not Sith Warriors. Shouldn't we be able to play any Force class as Twi'leks by default? We already have the Mirialans who can be any Republic class by default, so yeah, that's my suggestion for the Twi'lek species.
