For merchandise that is sold at concert venues, how much cash do you think is reasonable to bring since maybe debit or credit cards could have a fee? I'm going to the Twice concert in Texas, and I was thinking about only bringing $200.

it depends on what you plan to buy, but i would confirm that the venue accepts cash - many venues i’ve been to lately are transitioning to card only
