TWICE "Alcohol-Free" M/V REACTION

Would me saying I'm drunk in love too cliché? This song, correct me if I'm wrong, is probably one of their most chill and slow. And while I feel some people will say this song is boring or maybe lacking impact I would say this is gonna speak to only a specific audience and for a specific mood if that makes sense. This fits perfectly for a late summer evening where time feels like it slowed down almost and you're feeling high from the atmosphere. Their voices really feel like it's taking over your body and you get light headed or something. This is a tasteful alcohol free drink for adults. It will have to grow on me but the mood that this is giving me is really exotic and tropical and I enjoyed it a lot.

I´ve read comments wishing this song was a bside. I feel like even if this was a bside it wouldnt receive the amount of attention that a standard uplifting title track tend to get (seen it all the other title tracks from twice). With this song it can show people how versatile twice are and how they are capable of embodying different genres and styles. I also think it is good to see twice going for a more chill vibe and although I havent seen the full choreo, I like that the pace is a lot more toned down. Last year with the hate that some of the members recieved for their singing this one feels more align with their range capabilities which I think is great.

But the thing is that the song doesn't fit their range capabilities.. you can easily hear that because half of the song has strained or unstable notes. I would give a 6/10 to the vocals, but in a song like this we need 10/10. I agree with you but Alcohol Free isn't that song yet, it's still too high and doesn't allow them to sing very well unlike in some of their b-sides where they're way more comfortable.

I absolutely LOVE dahyuns pianoy verse after the first chorus especially along with the animated umbrellas in the MV 👌🏼, I think this is my most favourite concept that ive ever seen I’m my entire life like the tropicalness the cocktails which have unusual things in them and the cgi and everything and the lyrics all matching with the cocktail theme honestly *chefs kiss to everything!
