This was SOOO GOOD! If you are looking for a perfect potato side dish, this is the one. Definitely worth the time and effort. I was able to make this for my family for the first time and it was a HIT! Please let us know what you think about Mimi's recipe. It's a 10 in my book!

Butter
Milk
Salt and Pepper
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Crumbled Bacon
Sour Cream
Method
Bake potatoes and bacon
Crumble bacon and set aside
Slice baked potatoes in half and scoop out the potatoes into a bowl
Add butter, milk, salt, pepper, sour cream, shredded cheese, and bacon
Bake for 10 mins at 400.
