General rule for ad-libs for me, if Nayeon is singing Jihyo does the ad-libs and vise-versa. If you hear a massive ad-libs its most likely Jihyo, unless she is singing. That's the general formula, unless they need a cute sounding sound then its Sana and if its something with attitude then its Chae.

TWICE is Park Jinyoung's (JYP) Baby and he was personally involved in their training then and i believe until now, so for haters to say that one of them does not know how to sing, rap, dance, etc.... is a big slap in his face. These girls have worked hard for 7 years (not counting the trainee years) and they deserve all the praise they can get~

I think if Nayeon is singing, Jihyo is doing the high notes at the back. If Jihyo is singing, then is Nayeon at the back. And most of the high notes, is obviously God Jihyo. Jeongyeon is also in the same vocal lane as Nayeon and Jihyo, so keep that in mind. I know you will hear the diferences in their voices as the time passes I guess. They can sing high and deep, they can rap, write songs and always with their amazing performances. For me, every member of TWICE is SO talented~

I can hear Jihyo first and then Nayeon in the ad-libs at the end of Gone. Dahyun is one of the few self-less lyricists, she could have easily assigned herself more parts, but thus far, she had only small parts in all of her written songs. Gone is a good example where she could easily sang some of Chaeyoung or MoMo parts, but she only assigned herself 2-3 verses (around 12 seconds) towards the end of the song.

Formula of Love is a no skip album for me, runner up would be Eyes Wide Open. Both are full albums, I don’t think you can fit one album listen in one video tho. But if we are talking about bsides, i think these two are one of the best from them.

When Jihyo starts a song in a lower register, you know its gonna get chaotic in a good way. Btw Jihyo doesnt only wrote Trouble, but also composed it. She also took part in music directing for the song. As the girls are having a deeper involvement in their music I am looking forward for them writing and composing their title tracks. Jihyo was doing the adlibs over nayeon's last chorus in Gone and vice versa (nayeon doing adlibs on jihyo's last chorus) If you're going for the b sides from the korean albums only then I think the next one will be their Full Length Album Formula of Love, which is my most favorite album from twice, literally no skips. It's so rare fo find a full album with 13 songs where none of it you can skip, I really love the songs there specially the sub unit songs. I can't wait to see more of your reactions, keep it up 🙌🏻

In the intro part of "Basics", it was Sana after Mina and not Momo, that's why the "Random_k" channel has better lyrics video with good audio-visual. hi! if you wanna be sure if a certain member sings a specific part, you can go to colorcodedlyrics, a website made for kpop line distributions. like you said, a lot of time lyric videos on youtube are wrong because people are rushing them out because they want to get the most views. randomk also makes little to no mistakes in their videos, but i do think they’d rather not have other people use it, you can always check it off camera tho!

This Mini Album definitely took a few listens to hit for me more than most of their recent albums, so i think itll grow for you too, especially Trouble and Queen of Hearts. As of now my favorite 3 tracks are probably: Basics Trouble Talk that Talk (Which also grew on me and Gone is a very close 4th) Even though i think the album is now pretty great for me Id still say it's middle of the pack for their stuff. Most things after Fancy are all pretty great, I especially cant wait till you listen to Formula of Love, Im still relistening to it. Do you know when and what album you'll listen to next and if it'll only be on patreon? I also recommend the Japanese albums, they are just as good and better than their Korean stuff but i understand that'd definitely be on Patreon

We can only love and smile when it's chea's part and we remember there are people on the world who say she can't sing... she is amazing most of the raps in songs she wrote herself amd I think she did write the Korean version if the feels and it was translated to English for the single... she is amazing and funny and my all-time bias in girl groups!!! For her melody project someone on KZbin made a mashup with her version and Justin Biebers version it's amazing! And did you watch the behind the scenes of minas melody project with the amazing and caring chea 😍🥰😍 MiCheang for life!!! Can't wait for more reactions! Most of the ad-libs in twice songs are by Jihyo or Nayeon, but sometimes you think this isn't them... because jeongyeon can do some amazing vocals too! I do really love the scientist video In the "live room" woth the girls sadly without jeongyeon but having fun in a room with 20 cams and having fun while singing the amazing song! I'm probably in the vast minority here but 99% of the time ad libs are my least favourite part of any given song i don't understand the appeal to them in the slightest. People always lose their minds for ad libs and i'm sat here thinking "umm please stop i can't hear the actual song"

20:22 yes it was nayeon and before that the high note when nayeon was singing was jihyo and then when jihyo was singing it was nayeon Chaeyoung wrote basics , dahyun gone and when we were kids , jihyo wrote and composed trouble Also these lyrics videos are not 100% accurate sometimes the lyrics might be accurate but they highlight the wrong member. I suggest the channel random_k for lyrics videos as they are the most accurate with lyrics and knowing which member is singing ( they don’t always do all the songs but most of the time )

AD-LIB RULES (lmao) : If Nayeon is singing, It's always jihyo that is singing at the back (vise versa) If no one is singing and there are tiny adlibs, like at the last part of 'Gone', most of the time it is Nayeon. Hopr you can listen to Eyes wide open or Formula of love album , these are their recent 2 full albums and they are masterpieces.
