what is love reference movies #1 Nayeon - The Princess Diaries Nayeon is referencing The Princess Diaries, showing the well known makeover scene. #2 Jeongyeon - Ghost Although Jeongyeon is in quite a few of the scenes, I feel like this one was truly hers. Her and Sana recreated the classic and well know pottery scene from the movie 'Ghost'. #3 Mina - La Boum Mina and Dahyun recreated a classic scene from the movie 'La Boum' #4 Sana - Pulp Fiction Sana, along with Tzuyu, recreated the dance scene in the 1994 movie 'Pulp Fiction' that occured between the characters Jules and Vincent. #5 Tzuyu - Romeo and Juliet Tzuyu and Jeongyeon recreated the classic Shakespeare love story of 'Romeo and Juliet', recreating the scene in which the two lovers get their first good look at each other. #6 Jihyo - Love letter Jihyo, with the help of Jeongyeon, recreated some of the best scenes from the japanese movie 'Love Letter'. #7 Momo - La la Land Momo and Tzuyu recreated the recent hit musical 'La la Land', choosing to recreate the dance scene. #8 Dahyun - Acuvue Commercial One of the references that Dahyun had was an Acuvue commercial in which she recreated. #9 Chaeyoung - Leon the Professional The final reference made is a reference to the movie Leon the Professional. This is recreated between Dahyun (with the stubble) and Chaeyoung.

I really don't recommend watching the Japanese ones right away (not only because of copyright) because you'll notice an intense shift in their aesthetics and concepts that won't line up in their evolution and growth of their korean tracks. so do the korean tracks first, then proceed to the japanese ones after. their growth in their Korean tracks and japanese ones are very different

Merry and Happy is more a documentary than an M/V they actually do get together for Christmas and gift exchange to this day I believe, Twice has many Christmas songs especially with the solo melody projects Tzuyu did a cover of Christmas without you that will melt your heart (yea she's your bias at the moment lol). Candy pop and Brand new girl are both Japanese releases on the BDZ (Bulldozer) album. Jpop is very different than Kpop so Candy pop is very different it went full Kawaii (cute) and aname both very Jpop it's target audience is obviously Japanese teenage girls and they hit the mark big time. Yes Sana is an only child and well she just doesn't believe in personal space. You are correct about the movie references but what I find is the choices Pulp fiction a love story not one I'd pick and Leon the professional if that's a love story, really. No the choice's say a lot about not getting out and experiencing life, I mean Dayhun is doing commercials, love is not on TV or in the movies, like almost all Twice M/V's especially the old ones there is a lot to unpack. Do be careful with the Japanese release they get blocked for almost all reactors, most do them on Patreon. Same holds true for live performances but I love them they give a much different feel to any of Twice's songs, they all are meant to be done live. OT9 forever (TIMELESS).
