Matt, the kingdom of heaven is speaking of Jews, not Gentiles. Kingdom of God is believers who are spirit filled. The passages in Matthew are referring to the Jews. What do you think?

No. Scriptures throughout the OT and NT show that the Kingdom of Heaven/God includes both Jews and Gentiles.

Are you talking about Mt 8:12? Here’s the Amplified version: 8:11 I say to you that many [Gentiles] will come from east and west, and will sit down [to feast at the table, and enjoy God’s promises] with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven [because they accepted Me as Savior], 12while the sons and heirs of the kingdom [the descendants of Abraham who will not recognize Me as Messiah] will be thrown out into the outer darkness; Yes, Jesus is talking about the unbelieving Jews.

I love this pastor’s preaching. I’ve never had any issues with his interpretation of scripture until I listened to his break down of Matthew 8:12. I completely disagree with his interpretation of that verse. It’s completely wrong. There’s just no other way to say it.
