Jeong and mina watching out the window & seeing darkness is a metaphor for their uncertain feelings during their own health breaks. But just as the lyrics say, the members light up the flares even if theyre miles apart. Without a doubt, theyll make it thru cos they always got each other

"Catch me before I ever hit the ground" "And I do the same for you" The SanaYeon incident ( when sana was taking a shower and ended up sleeping under the shower and nayeon thought it was strange that she was taking so long and so she managed to get into the bathroom and saw naked sana basically drowning in the water and woke her up quickly, she could have died, They both say that Sana could have died that day if Nayeon hadn't arrived and stopped her, Sana keeps saying that Nayeon saved her)
