I have learned so much from you, and I love the phrase "yarn barf".

I recently bought "Twice-Knit Knitting" by Lee Gilchrist, published in 1970. Seeing you do the stitches is very helpful. Thanks so much for posting this video.

Lol, I found that book in one of my mom's dusty boxes. She doesn't knit kid why she had supplies n stuff. But I was confused because the instructions weren't clear nuff for me to work with but I found out myself today yay.

You know, that book didn't specify which way to twist the yarn to cast on from the right to the left, but I had to find out the hard way to go from the bottom like in the video.

Love this stitch! 2 questions: is it difficult to find and pick up dropped stitches with this? and how would one make selvedges for this? Thank you!

The book I have says dropped stitches don't run and advises to use large needles. Like 13 with the normal yarn.

Thank you very much. My book on this was unclear on how to cast on details of moving the stich from the right to the left.

Thanks that is really neat, but it seems it would take forever! Is it possible to do cables, etc with this? Would be good for something like a bag.

I'm going to give this a try to check out the weight. It looks like it would be good for a poncho or a Puruvian jacket.
