I think it takes a special person with a big heart to show such real emotion. You must have 2 big time lord hearts Daza, thanks for doing this. Massive hug and Merry Christmas

I knew you'd lose it when Clara came back. I've watched the episode twice so far and the Winter Truce scene cuts me up every time. Now I'm watching all the video reviews and watching everyone else tear up. LOL.

You need to watch it again, carefully. She was onscreen for a minute or two. The Doctor can now remember her.

Lot's off old music callbacks in this, Doomsday, Vale, The Doctor's Theme, so good!

Which part in the episode did the Doomsday music play?

It was Murray's last episode so he sprinkled bits of his work over the last 12 years.

Josh, if you're watching on iPlayer, go to 30:27, whenever 12 and 1 are investigating.
@josholiver44366 жыл бұрын
Ah yes I hear it now! I can remember hearing it last night but not recalling where it actually came from. I think I thought it was a variation of the 9th Doctor's theme but I can hear Doomsday now, thanks! Am I right in thinking that the music that played when the 13th Doctor blew up the TARDIS was from the Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead storyline?
@markmckeown876 жыл бұрын
Yeah the music at the very end when she's falling is from the "Donna Noble has left the library, Dona Noble has been saved" ending from Silence in the Library. I think Doomsday is harder to pinpoint as it's seemingly played on a clarinet rather than the bass line being on a guitar with piano. Vale was played twice, including when 1 was regenerating, and The 9th Doctor's theme, as you've mentioned, also played twice including when Jodie first appears.

Have you noticed the change of footwear? At first she wears Capaldis Shoes and when she gets up after falling to the floor, she briefly wears sneakers and then Capaldis shoes again the music in the special was chosen very well...9th theme, 10th theme, Darillium theme, Claras theme....loads of character themes

Classic Doctor Who cliff hanger a top Powerful ending time to see what happens next and it will be fantastic and amazing adventure and to the best is yet to come stay tuned ok Loved the bit about the first world war and thought it was completely right to base it round that one event at Christmas truly rememberable a great storyline and then the doctors regeneration to 13 brilliant A lot of saddness from many fans but that's understandable but a new beginning and what will come next guess we will need to wait a bit? Every Doctor Who was brilliant but he/she was the Doctor Who that we know is a good person and very kind and will save the universe evertime Tardis, the doctor and the key remember the trailer and maybe she'll have to find the tardis and I imagine there's a big change to how their relationship work's?

Good morning Daza from a chilly Southern California. At approximately 9:40pm PST, I've watched Twice Upon a Time... and I love it! The interactions between Capaldi and Bradley, pure gold. Did 12 did that Doctor Mysterio pose? Too cool, 1 wearing 12's shades, truly outrageous. And 12's exiting speech, beautiful. He arrived with the eyebrows, he leaves us the same way. Long.....almost too long...story short, let it be said that 12 has the power that really quicken our pulses, heightened our senses, captivates our souls, leaves us breathless.... and is one hell of a Rockstar of a Doctor... yup, I SAID IT, he really is....um..was, you get the idea. Love your reaction, love the episode all around....and I recorded it, though getting the DVD might be a good idea...yeah. Anyway, that's my reaction, Peter Capaldi, I'll always remember you, you silver fox you, and welcome aboard Jodie Whittaker... land safely.... and intact brilliantly. Until sometime in August 2018, happy new year and cheers from a Happy casual Doctor Who fan from Southern California... named Ghana...me! ( now, where's my cup of coffee, we're not in the South Pole..or Mondas....or :D )
