1. Your dog is so cute💙🐕 2. The raindrop looked like a pear to me, make 2 and you have a pair of...raindrops 😉 3. Here's me sat last night sewing 4 buttons onto a muff in 30 mins thinking I'm doing well 😂 4. Your work and talent is amazing. The designs are awesome, really different and unlike anything I've seen. I really wish I could crochet😩. My mother is in a nursing home with dementia and I'm trying to make a batch of these in time for Xmas...🤔😬

Do you have a basic pattern for these ? We are going to make sone for Hospice but some members need to follow a pattern, thank you!
@JacquelinesLife Жыл бұрын
I do have a video called twiddle muffin tutorial! You could just follow part 1 for the base of it and then make whatever you want to add onto them. I don’t have any written pattern because I just wing these items since it doesn’t have to be perfect but the base is super simple! You could make a chain that will be long enough for the patients to insert both hands into it, connect the chain then use any stitch ( double or half double crochet is probably best ) then make it as long as long as you’d like! Mine are usually smaller lol. Hopefully that helps!

These are so cute! Is there a pattern for your crochet sun?
@JacquelinesLife2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I don’t have a pattern for the same exact sun in this video but I have a sun tutorial on my channel! This is the video Crochet Sun | 2 ways kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnTGgqF7ga10jpY

Do you have patterns for any of these. They are great just starting to make these. Never heard of them before
@JacquelinesLife3 жыл бұрын
Hiii! I have a twiddle muff tutorial on my channel but most of these are just random things I make and I don’t write anything down because I like to freehand and not think about it since it does take a lot of time lol. The base is really simple though! Part one of my video focuses on the base and you can add anything you like to it but if you do follow the video I have it has a tree and sun on it

They're all adorable! What are their measurements !,
@JacquelinesLife2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I usually don’t measure them since the hospice I bring them to is not picky about the size so I just make sure I can fit both of my hands in them 😆. I would say maybe the size of a letter paper or bigger than 8 by 11

Do you remember the pattern you used for the sun? 🌞
@JacquelinesLife4 жыл бұрын
I don’t really use a pattern for it. I free hand most of the twiddle muffs because I’m too lazy to follow a pattern 😂. I’m working on a tutorial that does have a sun on it though! It’s shown on part 3 of my video I’m working on but I can write one up for you I just need a little bit of time and I’ll comment back with the pattern

Crochet sun 🌞 [flat sun, not 3d] Round 1: Magic circle; single crochet 6 into the circle ; slip stitch to the first stitches - 6 stitches total Round 2: increase into every stitch - 12 stitches total Round 3: increase into the first stitch, single crochet into the next stitch; REPEAT steps - 18 stitches total Round 4: increase into the first stitch, single crochet into the next TWO stitches, REPEAT steps - 24 stitches total Round 5: increase into the first stitch, single crochet into the next THREE stitches, REPEAT steps - 30 stitches total Round 6: increase into the first stitch, single crochet into the next FOUR stitches, repeat -36 stitches total Rays Step 1: Once you finish round 5 you can start a chain in the stitch you are currently at. You can chain however many you want but I usually chain an 11 or 12. Step 2: increase into every chain until you make it back to the stitch (the chain will naturally curl into the ray) Step 3: single crochet into the stitch where you started the chain Step 4: single crochet into the next 2 stitches Step 5: in the second stitch you are now at create another chain and increase back down Step 6: repeat until you have enough rays around your sun Step 7: cut off the yarn and make sure you have enough to sew it into your twiddle muff. If you’re not making a muff you can just secure the yarn into the sun by weaving it
