He's admitted that he does have a bit of an anxiety problem and that he's always a bit paranoid that everyone is alwayas looking at him. He said this in his interview with Hayley Williams of Paramore.

Woa, he's kind of freaking out. It makes me want to hug him. lol. Aaa, but it's all good though. The loud crazy crowds and what not aren't for everyone. I think the way that he's handling it just makes him that much more likeable. He's "real". He freaks out and has anxiety like the rest of us. haha.

hmm I wonder if robert pattinson suffers from anxiety disorder? He's displaying some characteristics of it. I know I have it. He is very endearing though.
