A note about breadcrumbing/one sided love that I wholeheartedly agree with- You can love someone while still protecting yourself. You can feel love for someone and be there for them while still respecting your own boundaries. You don't have to accept abuse, but know that people can only give the amount of love they receive. Know that the love they give you is all that they are able to give. So give them more. Help them fill that reservoir. They may not give it back to you, but they will give it to someone and now there is more love in the world because every time we give love, it is multiplied by the very act of giving. The principle of kinetic energy. Like a tennis ball being hit back and forth, that love stores up energy each time it is passed to someone else. So when it finds someone who is emotionally empty? Think of the impact it can have.

Thank you Hanneke. Thank you for your videos, your honesty and sincere desire to help. This journey is truly challenging and were I not experiencing it I would assume it was not real but an excuse for people to obsess about each other and a means for the opportunistic to make money from that painful obsession. And in some cases that maybe true. But as someone who is experiencing this connection my body has a visceral reaction to much of what is being discussed about it and I have a strong sense of who knows what they are talking about and who is faking it. I fought this connection in the beginning because there is a huge age gap between me and my divine masculine. Not knowing anything about Twin flames I was truly bewildered and wondered if my ego had conjured this up to throw me off my path to spiritual awakening, or if the universe was testing my sincerity. no matter how many synchronicities I experienced through our shared energy that pointed to this being a soul connection, I assumed that somehow for some reason I was imagining it all because it made no sense. It was because of videos like yours that described perfectly what I was experiencing that I was able to stop resisting and begin to accept the experience. I also found your couching session to be very helpful. Shortly after meeting my DM I had a kundalini awakening. My heart chakra blew wide open and one of the realizations I had corresponded to something you stated in this video. I saw that we are meant to learn and experience unconditional love. But it is our loving unconditionally that brings us joy and peace, not what we are looking or hoping to receive from “others”. While the longing for union is ever present I accept it now, but it is not my primary focus. my spiritual awakening is and I can accept this journey as one of the tools I have been given to support that. I talk candidly with my TF and he is unaware of the nature of our connection. I simply speak my truths as we talk about everyday things. I have gone through the steps in a big way to become awakened and hugely in response to the very things he said in our candid conversations. I hope that he has seen my shift in self-worth and about life in general as we started talking several months ago. I can only assume he has picked up bits and pieces from me as I have him. I only realized and then admitted he was my TF about a month ago but the transformation had begun months and months prior to that. I can feel the energy as he pauses in our messages back and forth as it resonates with him and perhaps doesn't want to admit that it does. We both come from very hurtful childhoods and marriages and were/are afraid to allow emotions. I am well on my healing journey, though. Currently I just make sure that I am there to continue our conversation and accept him for who he is (who we are). I've been able to harmonize quite a bit lately so hoping he's feeling that and embracing it.

Hi, thanks for your question. I might do a video on this topic specifically later. The shorter answer is: go within, really be present with yourself and what is going on within you from an observer point of view. Acknowledge and accept everything you are feeling and thinking yet at the same time allow yourself to feel. As thoughts and emotions are coming up feel the energetic process that is happening. Keep it within yourself, do not project onto someone, be the vessel where everything is stirring safely. Allow it to run through you and let go. Surrender everything. At some point you'll feel release, expansion, a sigh and then your energy can flow again through your energy body. If you practice this often you can capture the energy of fear immediately and transform it into a driving force for your mission, instead of having it take over your thoughts and emotions. You can do this through a guided meditation to practice. I can recommend the one I mention in the video. :)
