In reality, he can’t hold eye contact with me deeply coz he feels strong energy. However, in a telepathical communication with him i do a lot of deep eye contact and i feel it deepens our 5D communication

I need to look at Your mirror exercise,Bec I'm in seperation for a year, and looking in the mirror very rarely ( so far) looked cool,when looking into eye as Soul,but I've never liked my body ever since walking in at age 5

It looks like you’re talking about soulmates and other intense relationships. TF is not that fun, it’s agony before the union. It’s not that rosy picture you painted. The moment you give your TF lots of love and spoiling, your Devine Mis line will run away, once you focus on yourself, he will be around you like a satellite. And sometimes the relationship starts fully platonic and no physical contact happen until reunion.

When I talk about the ease and joy of the Twin Flame journey, I am speaking in terms of what it feels like when you know how twin flames work and you are fully supported in going on the journey. There is a way to do it that feels good, even when you face challenges. That’s what I coach people in. But I do agree with you that many people don’t have this experience and don’t have this support.

@@twinflamesinharmony but also this is a soul journey not a mind journey, so I don’t think the mirror exercise is relevant in this journey. It’s beneficial to heal emotional wounds which is more related to the mind. The soul is pure doesn’t need any healing. I do agree with you though that eye contact at the first time is unmatched in comparison with any relationship. One of them expressed it as if looking into the eyes of God. I personally when I looked at her eyes the first time, I felt a volcano of love flowing from her eyes that I confessed my love to her immediately, then she ran away with unexplained sadness on her face and haven’t seen her since last April. 3 month of “Dark night of the soul” that was an agony. NowI daily see mind boggling synchronicities like seeing girls that look exactly like her that one of them I still can’t believe she’s not her.
