Omgosh yes!!!!! I was convinced he was a narcissist. I flipped out. Said everything I knew that would piss off a narcissist to get him to leave me alone. I thought I disconnected for good. A couple of days later I had this intense overwhelming sadness and then discovered all of this. It’s been a week since I’ve heard from him and I’m so sad, so sorry, so terrified. Hey runner. What does it mean to be the runner? I believe I had a false twin experience where she was the runner. I chased her so hard lol. Long story short that whole thing crashed and burned in a huge blaze. About two years after that I started to have crazy feelings for my best friend. She didn’t seem interested in me but I never told her the truth. I couldn’t handle being around her because it just hurt too much. I wanted to be with her romantically too. So I ghosted her for a year and a half, and forgot about all this twin flame stuff during that time. I swear I just dropped the whole thing. Fast forward two more years and here I am again. We ran into each other randomly and then she reached out to me and now we hang out a lot, as friends. She said she missed me a lot and has been so much nicer to me than before. She’s with someone else atm and it’s serious. I was fine for the first 4 months, but I came across twin flame stuff again and went back down the rabbit hole. And now all my feelings are back too. I want to tell her so bad. But I’m restricting myself because of her situation. I’m giving her four months, then I’m saying something. I accept any and all consequences. I like your explanation! It's pretty much spot on. Looking back, I remember seeing my twin being triggered when he would be walking near me or by my simply speaking to him a few times but didn't understand the reason why he acted in such a way. I, too, was triggered to the point of tears a few times. They were painful to say the least. I would leave work on my breaks with my heart strings tied in knots and go to a beautiful park and sit taking in the fresh air and warm sunshine. At one point he stopped me by banging on my window. You are very right on how to work through the triggers. Identifying why the triggers come up bu meeting a need that exists within our individual self is what will deactivate the trigger from being set off in the future. Yet talking with our partner about why They are triggered...when they are in a shadow period or dark night of the soul....again...or kundilini period...very difficult. So what does it mean if you don’t fight and argue with your twin. There’s no ““ toxic behaviors between he and I. We don’t call each other horrible names we aren’t mean to each other. the only thing is the emotional distance. Rejection from him. Always choosing others over me.
