Currently in separation for 2nd time. She didn't work on self last time, went into destructive behavior. We got back together. Planned wedding for May. I moved 1200 miles away for work with intentions of her moving after wedding. She ended things. Has a lot of inner child wounds. Told me she doesn't have too many more chances at this as she may lose me. She is definitely the DM. No communication atm but I chased last time and no inner work was done. Yes my twin flame knows we are twin flames. He always tell me he can't forget about me, after we are separated. He never stop thinking about me. I constantly think about him if we are separated. It hard to be in a relationship with your twin and it's hard to not be in a relationship with your twin. Is constantly mirroring. I usually let him have his space when we are separated, because I know he will come back when he feels he's ready. When we are separated I usually do some self healing before I unite with my twin flame. I feel it's good to be separate from your twin for a little while. It's good to take a break in a intense relationship. Sometimes it's necessary to be separated by your twin flame. I always know it's just temporary when you're separated by your twin flame. I feel healing is a great way to make the relationship grow. When my twin and I are separated, I always send positive thoughts even if we're not speaking at the moment. I always send him healing and that I wish him the best in his life that he's dealing with. I try to be supportive even if we're not together or speaking at the moment. I will constantly have so much love for him. The love for him, it will never stop.

He’s the runner and I stopped chasing early on in this connection. I just ended things a couple days ago, walked away. Again. He hasn’t changed. Hasn’t grown. He constantly disappears on me. But after having that session it really helped me with an understanding of the replacement, which is source. That I need to go to that relationship I need to go there every time I feel something that causes me pain. Yes, the magnet analogy is perfect. We become so close, too close, then trigger and repel. Hello Twins If your looking to break the pattern of the obsessive thinking, I have found a way to break the pattern for good. At least it worked for me and hopefully it can help you out. When the thoughts of your twin come into your mindset replace their name with another person's name. It could be your pet, or someone you just really admire, or someone you don't even know. For example I used the Yankees right fielder to replace the thoughts of my twin flame. It really doesn't matter who you use you're just trying to break the pattern in your mind. When the thoughts of your twin come into your mind say the new replacement name 30 times in a row one after another. Keep repeating the name anytime the thoughts of them come up into your mind. It took me about 3 weeks after I really implemented this method and completely broke the pattern for good. Now I only think of her when I desire too verses it being forced upon me unwillingly which I know can seem horrible. Trust me it will work for you. It's not going to happen overnight so have some patience and major self-disciplined. I have faith in you good luck my friend.

I really need to share this with you. I feel like my twin has done both the running and the chasing in our connection. I just stood and observed him in the process and tried to ask him about his feelings at the time. Then after a long period of him disrespecting me in various ways I got up and left so to speak out of love and respect for myself ❤️ he then had a huge wake up call and it was so beautiful to witness...... Please I really need your help and advice and guidance 😢 I have noone else to turn to about this. I only recently got into twin flame learning. With my situation: i am a kitchen hand workers at a mine site. At camp for 2 weeks back home for 1. And the person I believe is my twin flame is the head chef there. When I first met him though i didn't straight away get feelings for him or thought of him but i definately Remember us getting introduced by the 2nd in charge chef. He called me over and wanted me to meet him. Said hey Sarina this is Pete. And i looked at him, smiled, he smiled and shook his hand said , said ny name and said nice to meet you. I only remembered that the other day. Since then i found him attractive. The attractition grew. Maybe it was his charm. It's really strong. He walked by in a hurry when i was working alone and he smiled and winked at me. He winked at me a few more times and i still didn't get the full spark moment like im falling in love, but it made me melt a little. And i told a co worker that i find him cute. She told me he has a gf. I completely forgot this. One time I was put on his shift. 12am-12pm (He put me on as he is in charge) this is where it started. As soon as we worked together. We were around eachother a lot more. It started with me, when one very busy day at the camp restaurant, we were both running around, sweaty, busy, and i walked out at the same time he walked in a door way and we both had the mouth open out of breathe expression and looked at eachother in exactly that moment. But that moment felt like it paused for a bit. And it was very mirrored. It sparked sexual chemistry, on my part anyway. It was strange how that happened in that moment. I couldn't stop thinking of that moment. He also started slowly flirting with me and I would to. Then another day the spark started again but this time it was emotional. I've cried many times and not once did it make me feel anyone for someone. But this was rare. I was upset and really felt hurt. And i was crying. In this very moment he walked in to drop off pots to be cleaned and to his surprised saw me upset and with a surprised look on his face he showed so much love in his eyes. They were looking into mine and while he looked into them I started crying. I couldn't hold it in. And he looked at me and I looked at him while i was crying and it was in a way that i haven't looked into someone or someone look into me before. And I've looked into many eyes before in my lifetime. None have made me feel what i did when he did. Makes me sad just writing it. He later saw me alone making a sandwich and asked how i am. And if I ever need to talk that i can talk to him in his office. I know as head chef he does say that to all his staff as he is a caring person and puts mental health as a priority. He was just so gentle. The sound of his voice showed genuine care. I felt it through just his voice. This is what started to make me fall for him. A Spark happened and since then it hasn't stopped for 3 months. And I asked for his help to bring me back. He seemed sad I was gone. When I saw him once after separation we hugged. And i told him I missed everyone. But what i meant was that i missed him. He helped me and brang me back. New haircut, even now works on the same 2 week cycle. Before I worked with him for 1 week. I'd fly in before him. But Now we flew in together!!!! Spending more time together. Which is what i wanted!!! When I saw him it's like we are nervous teenagers. I make an excuse to touch him and he does the same. We keep looking at eachother and want to talk but it's like we don't know what to say. Like its our first ever experience like teenagers. Sort of awkward but natural and peaceful at the same time. He saw me as i worked and he had to say hello and talk to me. I turned right before he came close. And he asked how i am (i tend to forget what we spoke about which is also wierd) i said to him "its because of you im back here isnt it" and he smiled and looked into my eyes and said yeah quitly and i smiled and my eyes said it all. I was so happy and said thankyou 3 times. We look into eachothers eyes a bit deeper now. But the problem now is.. He gave us the news today that he has a few months at camp as he got offered a new opportunity. To be regional manager. And this made me cry a few times today. I felt so sad. Happy for him but so sad because I've been reading about twin flames so much and about a runner and now i feel like this is him running. And he said this will be the last months we are together and to make the most of it and he looked at me when he said that. And today he wasn't as close to me like he felt before. Chasing me. And now i don't know how im going to work without him there or be in my life anymore. Sounds so insane and mental and obsessive. Yea I feel it’s super rare as well and that most people who claim to be experiencing it are confusing it with trauma bond/narc relationships. He's insisted we cannot be TF, and has shut down all communication. When we looked into each other's eyes the first time the entire world vibrated, I literally lost my footing. Every negative self dialigue, every self hate, was in that moment pushed from my very being. He is very overwhelmed by the entire situation. He has acknowledged the silver cord at my solar plexus, he's acknowledged that he has no idea why he can't just walk away from me and kept coming back to talk with me. One mutual friend does know about this situation and she is very supportive of me in this process. The pain and agony of Separation is too much some days. I've had to create a sort of "mute" for the cord, like a piano, because the constant vibrational fluctuations were just too much to handle. I'm working on my issues. I dont know if he's working on his however I suspect he is not as his standard behavior is to suppress and avoid. It breaks my heart, but I can't make his choices for him.

Waves off emotions lasted 2 months past, became so strong trears every nite .. energy drain daily .. couldnt eat.. felt it all.. broke down at work lost my focus and direction , worked till i fell over ... .. recovery happerning but heart still broken .. all i got is faith in god and the universe has got my back and wish on its list ... i carnt belive im at this point at thus time and my heart is pure towards the connection ... .
