I am with my twin flame, we had an energy exchange between our eyes as sparks when we met. He has shown me how I disrespect my self, lack self worth bynot giving me what I want from a relationship. I thought because we were twin flames we would eventually meld as one. This is not true. Although I love him very much he has shown me what i don't want in a relationship and how I have always caused my own sadness by lack of self love. Everything is just spot on, after three months of horrible pain in my solar plexus, heart chakra, obsessive thoughts and stalking, I think I am earthing again😅. For me it's the fact that we are two peas in a pod. Same values, same desires, same soul mission, down to similar vocal expressions, same sense of humour, love of the same music, love of language, we look similar, have similar past experiences, both believe in the power of love, just, we are alike in too many of the same ways, that's what I've been looking for for over a decade. It's what I've been waiting to find in a partner. Then yes, you throw in the fact that when we had sex I felt energy through my body unlike anything I'd ever experienced in my life with anyone else, yeah... I really didn't know much about twin flames at the time but after our second night together, we both knew something spiritual was going on, he didn't think I was "the one", I dropped to the floor crying after he left, shaking, knowing he was. Ugh, exact same for me. Been spiritual before and felt the energy between us was different from the start. When i pushed just a little, he immediately texted less. Thought from the start that I gotta be careful with my energy, but yeah that didn’t work. Also we are like the same person in different bodys, same values, same life experience, same vision of life, we were both just constantly shocked how similar we are. I tried to fight against this twin flame concept for about 8 months now, but I’m accepting this is probably it. Wanted to manifest him back, didn’t work. Fear based energy and the whole chakra pain came in for me even before ‘separation’. I know who my twin flame is although he denies the connection. Lot of signs and synchs and mostly his birthday showing up in my reality all the time. I'm doing what I can to make changes in my life and really listen to the guidance coming in, but there is still so much work to do. I worry about him though because he has been getting more and sometimes I'm picking up on what he's feeling. I at first didn’t know she was. It was comfort at first encounter , we was like best friends at work instantly. Always laughing and having fun. I gave up on believing it years before. Funny sync is we work at a place called Serendipity. We had a misunderstanding, and she avoided me, and I gave her more space. Didn’t talk to her, she no longer sat beside me at board meetings. I usually don’t care when a woman does things like this. But it did hurt in my gut like W T F?! Especially work environments because I don’t get involve with women I work with. I could see both of us hurting. I usually work listening to KZbin. One day I was just watching KZbin videos on Twin Flame, with still no clue that she was. But she came into my work area. She stopped and was focusing on what was playing through my stereo. She was really drawn to what was being said. It was like she couldn’t pull away from the audio. A weird occurrence happened, I looked at her one time and I saw myself reflected like some kind of hologram. I started to realize later on we look almost like each other. We look like doppelgängers damn near, except opposite sex and different nationalities. My sisters even say she looks like a female version of me.

this is so fucked up. I know he loves me but he is so afraid that he told he cannot do it. When he left my heart like literally broke open, it was intense pain like I couldnt breath. It was not possible to breathe fully, like something hit my chest. for days, I thought I was gonna die from heart failure or something and the emotions that were released could not be only because of him. The concept of twin flame never even crossed my mind until I met him. I was the one who noticed a change in his behavior and felt like he’s pulling back, so I told him that I don’t think we are good fit. He didn’t want to leave and kept texting back. Then all of the sudden the concept of twin flame hit me so hard and I started googling it coz the idea didn’t leave me a lone. I felt the urge to learn about it. For the first few days only I felt huge pain in my heart. I thought it was because I felt so hard for him or something. The doubt still kills me. Any insights! There is also one major factor that made me doubt even more. My twin flame and I are from two different parts of the world and two different religions. I moved to this country after a long weird journey and a previous marriage just to come across this person. It doesn’t even make sense. I just feel like I don’t know. Never been with her. Barely have had conversations. Its been 19 years. Never knew what a twin flame is but felt like someone picked me up and slammed me to the sidewalk when I met her. Went through torture for 2 - 3 years. Left my wife changed my whole life. Act completely out of character (check). Physical pain (check). Obsessive thoughts (check but much better now).
