This is a very important topic ! In essence, watching too much YT content is a way of ' escapism' , a way of ' numbing' out the REAL deep rooted core wound - past traumas - that need urgent attention! Thank you for making this vid!!!

As I continue to ponder on this ; for me personally, I would use other TYPES of content as a way of ' escapism' and ' numbing' the pain and not just YT/TF content! A couple of examples - 1940's musicals and Westerns !! LOL !!
