Im so gratefull that i found you! I always knew deep down that 'letting go' completly of my twin wasnt the way, it didnt resonate and it made me feel worse or i felt like i was doing it wrong or i wasnt strong enoough..i didnt want to let go, it felt wrong...because i knew i 'needed' him to trigger me to get through the diffirent layers of fear and peel them back. Now i feel so much lighter with every step i take and everything i work through. Yes i think about him, but all is well. ❤

Neutralizing energies towards fear and other emotions is basically pursuing enlightenment. One person can never teach you this. You’d have to study the wisest gurus. Non-dualism, Buddhism, surrendering. I recommend books like radical acceptance - tara brach and letting go- david r hawkins. These will just melt away all the positive and negative emotions, helps with law of attraction too. Its all about doing ‘nothing’.

I recently discovered your channel and really like how you are so thorough on stuff. My other self and I are now friends on FaceBook and we seem to be maybe playing a game of cat and mouse. I was always taught that I could not initiate contact with him so I don't. Would it be ok to do that though? It would be cool if you did a video maybe on this. The high energy obsession over him is long gone now and I'm very calm these days. Thank you for any response.

Hi hi! Thanks for all your videos!! I have a question if i may...do you have to neutralize also the sensual/sexual energy? My dm was talking alott(in my opnion to much) in sexual terms at my(you look horney,you look delicious) I told him nicely that i only sleep with a man ina serious relationship etcetera Maybe there was a subconcious sensual energy lingering in me that he mirrored or he is fixated on lust etc i dont know But do these energies have to be neutralized also?❤

How about when you think your calm and healed but when you see them it’s like the triggers are all there and your like damn I still care ? Maybe I am still worried …..

That’s just deeper layers coming up of your fear based energy, it’s normal, the same thing will cycle round many times as energy moves in cycles, so it’s important to have the tools to balance the layers as they do become very sneaky and our blind spot, but don’t worry that those triggers are still there as it’s part of the process x
