That's hilarious, I was on stage with my band, playing a show in front of 1000 people and cameras everywhere etc..and still I was thinking of her lol not until our last set where the pace picked up and the energy was at its peak was I able to be present in the music, and yet, between songs she'd pop into my mind hahahha...its kind of hilarious in a way even though it's nuts lol another great video. I'm only 2 months in separation, and throughout my life (last couple decades)have had several significant deep awakening experiences, followed all the current so called teachings, read hundreds of books, videos, podcasts about all kinds of teachings and knowledge, and learned a lot of tools, took courses and attended seminars on personal growth etc, and yet..I feel like it's all out the window and starting over lol, this is next level.. I have personally experienced pretty much everything she speaks of on some level so I really appreciate her content. I'm putting money aside to take her course, not really to get back with my twin, I don't actually want that right now tbh with myself, Im not feeling ready and Im scared. I enjoy her videos, and definitely resonate with this channel and I have a deep desire to learn the tools she teaches and add to my current toolbox for my own personal growth. She is authentic to me and I like how she delivers her message, straight up, " Man to man'ish" Lol so to speak. Her logical perspective is refreshing as opposed to the in the clouds spiritual only approach ( which is cool as well but we are experiencing this reality, in this dimension so the work needs to be conducted in harmony with both the spiritual and physical energetic perspectives imo😊) Wow, what a fucking journey though eh? ! Lol 😊

Try 6 years of push and pull runner chaser omg I’m exhausted. It’s been one crazy exciting energy magical ride to say the least our energy together is out of this world I may sound crazy but when we get together and he is vibing at my vibe omg we can literally do I guess you can call it magic it’s crazy that’s for sure. Wow ! This is exactly what happened me. Completely out of character for me so couldn’t get my head around it. Was going through a horrific time living in domestic violence with my ex husband of 20 years. I honestly thought I was going through a mid life crises 😂 I’m not to sure about the term “twin flame” but 💯 soul recognition, when I heard his voice for the 1st time I know the voice. Then the dreams the physical symptoms, dark night of the soul came. I was googling my symptoms and that’s when twin flame kept coming up. Well done you helping people. Definitely have all these signs and my TF knows we are TF's too now. I am having solar plexus signs with muscle tightness in my stomach area with no logical cause every day every time I even think about him (which is A LOT due to my obsessive thoughts about him that I can't stop!) And sacral chakra pain in my tailbone area despite all stretches etc just like you are saying.

I was doing well with positive energy and growing spiritually at a very fast rate. But now just want to drop out of this whole process due to doubt and feeling stupid for even going there. Our age difference is what is so cruel...I'm a young 69 but he's only 32! It's just seems ridiculous and I'm angry with myself for even going there. I gave up men and relationships with them 24 years ago and have been happy on my own. But I can't keep him out of my mind no matter how busy I am. So you caught me with the title about how to quit your twin flame. Never expected this and it is painful and interfering with my life. I’m pretty sure this happens with people who aren’t aware of “twin flames” too. My room mate had a girlfriend for a while and she moved out of state to be with him. She was here for about 2 months and then just dipped out of no where while he was at work. He was devastated but she ended up blocking him on everything a few weeks after. A little over a year later, he starts letting go of her and was just about to completely move on. And then he got a new job with a much bigger title and he was really happy about it Then she texted him from her sister’s phone that same weekend. “If you move back to Indiana, I want to be with you” They are now somewhat talking. This all happened literally right after the person I believe to be my twin flame left me. Like divine timing all around. I think I was supposed to witness that happen for him and I think he was supposed to hear me talk about twin flames. He had heard me talking about twin flames shortly before and when he was telling me that she texted him back, I was like “no way” and I basically told him that there is something higher at play. He is not spiritually inclined at all. Kind of a low vibe energy tbh (still love him tho) But so is she so I hope they can figure it out together. I told him to take it slow and be mindful and considerate

I resonate with EVERYTHING you said. I never wanted to believe this is a twin thing. But there was soooo soooo much crying for like 1.5 years. Thankfully that stopped 6-12 months ago. It’s been a 4.5 year journey. There was soooo much pain. I kept saying out loud. Can this pain just please stop!! Now though… I am the strongest & best self I’ve ever been. I’m finally letting go. I can’t see him ever coming back but I literally can’t get him out of my head no matter how hard I try & even do neuroplastisity tools. At least it’s been 7 months of me thinking I’ll never contact him again. He will have to contact me & step up if it will ever work. One thing that didn’t resonate with you though…. Was he (& even being with his kids) definitely felt like “home”. Never felt anything like it. Any ways. I guess time will tell. I am open to meeting someone else as I do not think I could go through the years I went through with him again. It was the biggest pain and most confusing thing I’ve ever witnessed. 😂 Anyways. I probably should stop watching your vids & try and forget about it all! But it does help me feel I’m not completely psychotic 😂

They do feel like home! I just didn’t add it as a sign because it’s not where we wanna focus to balance and it just perpetuates the push. This was just a list of realistic signs aside from the romanticised stuff so people can resonate. They absolutely do feel like home though and you do to them also! I will never get over my tf and I know that from the depths of my being. All of this!! I started with Heart chakra pain, I really dont know what I did to heal that core wound but it stopped, then it was my Sacral did the energetic work and healed that once i healed that my TF came back in my life but when my solar plexus started acting up he pulled back, started working on it and hes dipping his toe in 😂 I did learn the push pull thing is different for he and I; for him its more physical 3d and I will pull energetically. So in terms of the "runner/chaser dynamic" he runs physically and I energetically.

You are truly a Godsend and I can’t even put into words how grateful I am to have stumbled upon your channel after years of feeling hopeless I feel like I have such a sense of relief through finding your channel. After going through two different coaching systems I felt a little bit better I at least got out of the thinking about him 24/7 but I still somehow was feeling lost. One coach told us we had to forget about them completely like they never happened and the other would tell us to stop romanticizing them while on their videos they’d have looping pictures of cartoon couples engaging romantically while they do a voiceover or they would talk about their relating experiences with their twin flame then tell us we can’t want our twin flame romantically so between being told for a few years now that I can’t ever even think about my twin flame or romanticize my twin flame while seeing coaches talk about their twin flames and see videos with pictures of romantic couples plastered everywhere as if while I see that I’m not supposed to imagine it as me and my twin I feel like I have developed intense anger and shame towards myself about even thinking about him which still is pretty often but not constant like it was for years, like I would get angry and want to just burst into tears about thinking about him and believe I was bad or not “doing enough” or doing anything right at all when I was already physically and mentally exhausted from being in this journey while still participating in daily life and pretending like everything is fine when it is far from it, all while feeling hopeless and constantly wondering why I am just not getting this when I see others seem to be getting it and now thanks to you I don’t believe I am bad or feel shame anymore when I think of them even if those thoughts want to try to come back now I know the truth and I am so grateful for what you are doing on here sharing what you do without all these silly rules and being real by calling out all the terrible myths that are spread way too much on social media. Thank you again so much I truly don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t find you I feel like I would just be looping in all of that shit forever and now I don’t have too❤

Since December last year, I'm on a constant loop. Obsessive thinking is getting worse. Last 2 days , tears. It feels like we split up yesterday , , not 6 months ago. I'm 45 years old. I ve Been in relationships since 14 . Consider myself rational, level headed , sane. Based on current behaviour, you'd say not. I ask God every day to take away this pain. I battle with my thoughts. The TF journey is your awakening, it shocks you awake like your alarm on a morning and neither feel good. I was the same, very stone cold and emotionless but this journey changes that , and as much as it feels like a curse at the start, it is the biggest blessing when you learn how to navigate it properly. Your TF never stops loving you or desiring you either just FYI, it’s all about a perspective shift, not about “getting over” the person, your TF is going through it too. My experience was I was in a relationship with him. It was after about 8 weeks too he pulled away and was cold. Never really made any plans to see each other… it hurt too… I broke up with him out of the blue one day because I was upset that I had such high hopes but it hurt so bad. I went through the dark night of the soul. Still I doubt whether this is a twin flame journey. I went through all this with my friend. I still really care for him yet I still question whether it’s a twin flame. The freaking energy waves are crazy. One day after 2 years I just randomly started crying missing him and it hurt. You are so urate you’re so sweet thank you for your support. I’m going through this journey for five years. Unfortunately my twin flame is very very famous which is making it very difficult. I’m suffering I lost everything friends, Kids work myself I’ve never been like that before, I did love someone when I was younger, but I know it wasn’t my other half I did when through a hard break, but nothing like this and in my case in my journey, I never had a chance to sit with him for for conversation or sleep with him or be with him for eight weeks, like most of the twin flames, he refuses he denies it, but his body says something else he speaks to me through songs he obsessed to me. He follows me and I know that’s for sure and he denies it and it’s been like that for five years I can’t take it anymore. I wish God did not choose me to be in this journey. I don’t wish it to my enemies. I’ve been through many Dark Night of the soulego, death non-stop I’ve been spiritual awake in very deep one wrote book. I got messages from God and all the 9 yard today I said to myself please God save me for my pain.

It was like I was having my insides pulled out slowly along with the massive doubts and the 24/7 obsession and when I experienced soul shock when the energies repelled, I thought I was actually dying. When you said some people act like it's a fairytale, I was like "It was more like being in one of those Saw houses." And then you compared it to like being in a horror movie 😂. One minute it's the best day of your life, then out of nowhere you strapped to a chair with a bear trap attached to your head....(a notification for your new video just popped up while I was typing 😄) One time I saw this lady interview this couple who were saying they were Twin Flames, so I was like "Yo! Union!" maaannnn.....they was NOT no Twin Flames. They talked about a few synchronicities but that was it. No dark night of the soul, no energy repelling, no coming to know your true self, just "We're in love!" I listened to the whole interview because I wanted to know what they thought Twin Flames were. But all they talked about was relationship stuff. I think I'm in a difficult situation 😕 I experienced the dark night of the soul after I was separated from my person because of small argument, and I was having all these crazy symptoms about him specially the 24/7 thinking.and because I'm a Muslim and he's not he was planning to learn about my religion, but when we were separated he's siad that he can be a Muslim and he can't be with, I'm fine with that but my soul was going crazy about him my life turned upside down i know that he loves me like crazy he told me that but he can be with , the reason I don't know why if this is just normal relationship or twin connection if,that i have never been in relationships before and he was the only one who could resonate with when we met each everything was going towards us being together ❤️, even though he's 12 year older then me and from another country and different cultures. My heart tells me that he's so much then just a person that i love, but at the same time, i can't judge since I only had one relationship experience 🥺 Help!

That’s a part of balancing your energy, you have to learn how to energetically balance the push and then when they come back in that’s a deeper part of the process and balancing. Everyone’s journey is different so it’s hard for me to answer it generally x

Hey Viviana. It’s not possible for your TF to move on from you or be happy elsewhere, because you are one being, one energetic field, just opposite charges. He can never move on from you for this reason. When the charges are out of balance and pushing/pulling, he is being pulled away from you and being controlled by this energy, which is rooted in fear, and controlling his mind. Anything he says in this energy is a load of BS and not his truth. These push/pull energies are also addictive, so he is literally addicted to you but is trying to satisfy that addiction elsewhere with someone else… he is basically putting how he feels towards you into someone else because he can’t get to you, but nobody else can compare, because as I said you are the same energy field so nobody else will resonate with him like you. Once these energies are balanced, whoever he is with will fall away too. I’ve made a video about your TF being with someone else, and videos on messages from the pull TF (DM), those explain in more detail what is going on for them. Hope that helps! ❤️

Hey Sam! TFs absolutely can and do come into 3D union in this lifetime, we just have to do the energy work to allow the Soul to make that happen - the Soul always desires itself and will make that happen. Ultimately the push energy, who does the balancing (most likely), will get to choose if they want a 3D relationship with their TF or to be with a soulmate physically. The reason I speak about this being a Soul journey in this video is because we have to do this journey energetically and on the level of the Soul before we can have it externally, we don’t do it on the physical level through words, actions, thoughts, etc. , and I didn’t want the video to be longer than it is so I didn’t explain that here! I am with my TF as a result of balancing my energy, and many who I coach have chosen to be with their TFs once they bring him/her back in, but some chose a Soulmate (still had the option of their twin) - you are in the drivers seat here and have the final choice but yes, 3D reunion with TFs is what must happen when the energy is balanced. I gotta say the whole work thing while actually working makes me wanna hang up. Energy work I’m at a negative balance in my money how do you get the money to get the guidance when my energy keeps me in lack? Seems like stepping on the gas headed towards a brick wall.
